THE PUBLICATION

Privacy Policy

This policy describes Civic Daybook, not a City agency, SFHSS, your employer or an external website.

Responsible publisher: Tomi. Privacy contact: tom1i@gmail.com.

The local question exercise

The exercise uses a question-type selection, a work-topic selection and four preparation checkboxes in the current page. It asks for no name, email, employee identifier, pay amount, health detail, document or credential. It does not send or save its choices or generated checklist. Reset clears them. Other software on your device is outside this website’s control.

Optional reading memory

Article reading-position memory starts off. Accept or reject it in the notice, choose it in settings, or withdraw later through Cookie settings in the footer. The Cookie Policy describes the exact records and duration.

Website delivery

Visiting https://piccities.com/ sends ordinary requests to the services that deliver this website. Those services may process an IP address, requested page or asset, request time, browser information and referring address for delivery, security or diagnostics. Which records are kept, where they are processed and how long they remain depend on the services and their settings. Any specific details supplied by the publisher are listed below; the reading-storage duration does not describe server-log retention.

Editorial tools and browser storage

The question-building exercise runs in the current page. Its code does not submit your category selections, checked decisions or results to the publisher or an outside service. Exercise choices and results are not saved. Optional reading positions are read and written in this browser. The preference cookie records your reading choice and is sent with matching website requests by your browser. The Cookie Policy lists these records and their duration.

Email correspondence

An email link opens your email service. Sending email shares the message, sender address and related delivery information with the sender’s and recipient’s email services and the publisher. These services handle email separately from the reading controls. Any specific correspondence-retention or processing-location details supplied by the publisher are listed below; the reading-storage duration does not describe email retention. For questions or requests concerning correspondence, contact tom1i@gmail.com. Do not send credentials, financial identifiers or private business documents.

Other website technologies

The question-building exercise and reading controls do not include analytics, advertising tags or third-party media players. Other WordPress plugins, embedded content and hosting services can operate separately. Reading-preference controls govern only the reading feature; they do not control those services or establish a complete inventory of the website.

Editorial correspondence

An email link opens your email service. If you send a message, its content and sender details are processed by your email service and the recipient’s email service.Send only information needed for your editorial or privacy question. The publisher can answer questions about correspondence and requests for access, correction or deletion through the contact address.

Send only information needed for a publication or privacy question. Do not send private employment, financial or health records. Emailing this publication does not create a government support ticket or authorize an account change.

External websites

An official-source link takes you away from this website. The destination controls its own services and policies. We do not embed an employee login, payment form, external video or third-party tracking script. Our reading-memory controls do not manage external services or browser extensions.
