A public source can identify an official route. It cannot prove what happened in a particular employee account.
Source boundaries
We rely on current public City and County of San Francisco and SFHSS sources for factual context. Article links show the relevant evidence. A source-check date describes our review, not a guarantee that a page or service will remain unchanged.
Official pages can use different service labels or address different employee groups. We preserve that context rather than inventing a universal migration story. Older screenshots do not establish a current interface or current maintenance schedule. We do not claim to have inspected an authenticated employee account.
Original analysis
Question briefs, change records and handoff checklists are our editorial methods. They do not replace official forms, determine eligibility, calculate pay or establish legal requirements. Hypothetical examples are labeled and do not represent real employees or promised outcomes.
Corrections
Use tom1i@gmail.com to identify an issue and a relevant public source. Do not send private records. A changed page does not necessarily establish that every employee process changed in the same way. The orientation guide explains our starting context; the disclaimer describes the limits of the publication.
